1. Purpose:

The fire extinguishing mechanism is physical fire extinguishing, that is, absolute oxygen suffocation, as well as some cooling and cooling functions. This product is suitable for extinguishing Class A fires involving ordinary solid materials; Class B fires involving flammable liquids; Class E fire caused by the burning of charged objects.

The product has passed the vibration test and can be used on vehicles.

2. Installation and operation

Fire extinguishers equipped with spray hoses must be tightened to the outlet of the fire extinguisher valve before use, ensuring no looseness and good sealing. When installing the cable tie, pay attention to the opening end facing the back of the nameplate.

☆ It is recommended to place the fire extinguisher in the fire extinguisher box.

When using, lift the fire extinguisher to the scene, stand in the upwind position, pull out the safety pin, aim the nozzle of the fire extinguisher at the root of the flame, press down the handle, and sweep from near to far, left and right, until the fire is extinguished. When extinguishing a Class B fire, it is not allowed to directly aim the spray at the liquid surface to prevent the impact force of the spray from splashing flammable liquid and expanding the fire.

Temperature range for use:+5 ℃~+60 ℃.

3. Maintenance and upkeep

The fire extinguisher is filled with driving gas, and safety must be taken into account. Do not collide during transportation and storage; It should be placed upright in a clean and dry environment, pay attention to moisture prevention, and strictly prohibit direct sunlight exposure to prevent metal corrosion, plastic and rubber aging.

Regular inspection is required. If the pressure indicator pointer is found to be below the green area, refilling should be carried out; Once used, even if the fire extinguishing agent does not spray much, it must be refilled; Fire extinguishers should undergo their first maintenance after 3 years of use, and must be repaired every 1 year thereafter. Before refilling, it should be done

Only after passing the 2.1MPa water pressure test can it continue to be used. After the experiment, it should be dried in a timely manner and the inner and outer surfaces should be inspected. If severe corrosion is found, it should not be used again.
